Terms of Service

These terms apply when your organization creates a DevelopRadar workspace and uses the service. The person who creates the organization confirms they are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

DevelopRadar is sold as a single subscription per organization, billed monthly or annually. New organizations may start with a free trial. Access continues while the subscription is active and paid.

Your organization is responsible for the members it invites, the roles it grants and keeping sign-in credentials secure. We recommend enabling multi-factor authentication for every member.

Your organization keeps ownership of the records, files and research it uploads. You grant us only the access needed to host, back up, secure and support the workspace.

Do not use DevelopRadar to store unlawful material, infringe the rights of others, attempt to access another organization's data, or disrupt the service. We may suspend a workspace that puts the service or other customers at risk.

We work to keep DevelopRadar available and to resolve issues promptly, and we provide email support to subscribing organizations. Planned maintenance and occasional interruptions can occur.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable, including for partial months and for periods where the workspace was not used.

If you cancel, your organization keeps access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made.

We will refund a payment where it was clearly charged in error, such as a duplicate charge or billing after a confirmed cancellation. Contact hello@developradar.com within 30 days of the charge and we will review it and, where a refund is due, return it to the original payment method.

Free trials are not charged, so nothing is payable or refundable if you decide not to continue.

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing period. Annual subscriptions remain active for the contracted term. You can export your data before cancelling, and deletion can be requested in-app.

If we make material changes to these terms, we will let subscribing organizations know. Continued use after a change means the updated terms apply.
