Privacy Notice

DevelopRadar provides a shared workspace where development teams manage sites, organizations, people and industry research. This notice explains, in plain language, how we handle information in that workspace.

It is written by us as the operator of DevelopRadar. It is not legal advice, and it does not claim any external certification or audit.

Account information: your name, email address, job title and the organization you belong to.

Workspace content: the records, information fields, research files, notes, tasks, checklists, comments and activity history your team creates.

Operational information: sign-in events and basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service.

To provide the workspace to your organization, keep it secure, support your team and improve the product.

We do not sell your workspace content, and we do not use it for advertising.

Workspace data is stored in a managed cloud database with access rules that isolate each organization. Uploaded files are held in private storage that is only reachable by members of the owning organization.

Access to your workspace is limited to members your administrators invite, according to the role they are given. Our staff only access workspace content when it is necessary to operate or support the service.

Your organization can export its data at any time from the application.

Account and organization deletion can be requested in-app. Deletion requests are processed after a short grace period, after which workspace records and files are removed.

You can update your profile, manage notification preferences, enable multi-factor authentication and request deletion from within the application. If you would like a copy of your data or have a question about this notice, contact us.
